By accessing or using TeneoUltra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

3. No real-money trading

The app does not support securities account connections, real-money trading, deposits, withdrawals, custody, order execution, or brokerage services. Paper-trading balances, positions, orders, win rates, and drawdown metrics are simulated for practice.

4. Market data and third-party content

Market dashboards, symbol details, intraday ranges, 52-week ranges, pre-market or after-hours information, RSS news, and event calendar content may come from third-party sources. Such content may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable.

5. User responsibility

You are responsible for your own research, judgment, and financial decisions. Do not rely on TeneoUltra as the sole basis for any investment, trading, or financial action.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, scrape content at scale, reverse engineer the app except where legally permitted, or use TeneoUltra for unlawful activity.

TeneoUltra, including its design, branding, text, interface, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party data and content remain subject to their respective owners' rights.
